A little about me...
I am excited to announce my imminent return to my hometown of Regina on April 1st 2012. I have been honoured with the opportunity to step into the practice of Dr. Julie Zepp Rutledge to care for her patients while she is at home with a new babe in arms. At the same time, I will also be welcoming new patients as I begin to grow my own practice, finally back to stay in Regina.
I am a 2011 graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. Prior to my life at CCNM, I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of Regina, majoring in Fitness and Lifestyle with a minor in Psychology. For my first year of practice, I found myself outside of Ottawa living and working at the Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre. I joined a 4th generation Naturopath there with a focus in mind-body medicine and a ton of healing wisdom to share. I’ve enjoyed living and breathing the naturopathic lifestyle to its fullest - rising with the sun, taking morning runs through forest trails, eating seasonal organic meals, and living in a straw-bale cabin! This has been a much needed reboot after too many years in school! As I have worked along side my new mentor, integrating all of my new knowledge with her vast experience, I have developed a naturopathic residency program to leave in my place as I return to Regina to re-establish my roots there. I feel so blessed by the opportunities this amazing carreer has brought me thus far and look so forward to the continued growth and fulfillment I know I will find back in Saskatchewan.

At the heart of my approach are the core beliefs that sparked my initial and ever growing passion for Naturopathic Medicine:
- Treat people rather than diseases. A person-centered approach that drives specific individualized care.
- A partnership approach. The doctor works at your side as a partner to facilitate and support your healing process.
- Self-healing. The body is respected as intelligent with healing being an internal process to be supported. The patient, not the doctor, is empowered as the true healer.
I would be honoured to work with you
on your path toward optimal wellness.
